Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy outlines the terms under which flight tickets, packages, or related services may be refunded or revalidated in accordance with Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and international airline standards (IATA).

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the fare type, ticket conditions, and booking channel. Tickets purchased directly through PICK Airlines’ website, official offices, or authorized travel partners may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the fare rules mentioned at the time of purchase. Some promotional or discounted fares may be non-refundable, but passengers may request credit vouchers or rescheduling subject to applicable fees.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, passengers must submit a refund request through our official support email or by contacting the PICK Airlines Customer Care Center. Once verified, refunds are processed using the original method of payment within 7–21 business days, depending on the nature of the transaction and banking timelines.

3. Cancellations by PICK Airlines

In the event of a flight cancellation, schedule change, or operational disruption initiated by PICK Airlines, passengers are entitled to either:

  • A full refund of the unused portion of the ticket, or

  • A rebooking option on the next available flight at no additional cost.

We make every effort to notify affected passengers promptly via email, SMS, or call.

4. No-Show and Late Cancellation

If a passenger fails to check in or cancel within the required timeframe, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and refund eligibility will be governed strictly by the applicable fare rules.

5. Packages and Partner Services

For Umrah, Hajj, or tourism packages booked through PICK Tourism or partner agencies, refund terms are subject to the respective package agreement, hotel, and ground-service provider conditions. Administrative or service charges may apply.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain components such as taxes, service charges, processing fees, and third-party booking costs may not be refundable, depending on the payment channel and regulatory requirements.
